Michael Olushola Ogunsakin is the Principal Partner of Michael O. Ogunsakin & Co., an international law firm. He is a Rotarian and a life member of Nigeria Society of International Law, he is also a member of International Association of Human Right Lawyers, Red Cross, the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and International Bar Association (IBA). He is the Founder/Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Gender Frontier Initiative Developments, a Non-Governmental Organization that is promoting and advocating for Women and Child's rights, campaign against Female Genital Mutilation, campaign against Child Labour and Human Trafficking. He is also keen in assisting less privileged in the society by engaging them in community developmental project and entrepreneurship. He is a Motivational Speaker and well accomplished expert in the art of business process invention, engineering and re-engineering, he has the responsibility of driving GFDI's Corporate Strategies.

Rasheed Temitope Ayodeji is a Senior Associate with seven years’ post-qualification experience in commercial dispute resolution and corporate advisory. Since his call to the Nigerian Bar in 2018, he has advised and represented financial institutions, government agencies, corporate organisations and private clients in complex commercial, regulatory and employment disputes before superior courts of record and specialised tribunals.
His practice encompasses Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Banking and Financial Services Litigation, Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Employment Law, Energy and Natural Resources, Real Estate, and Strategic Risk Advisory. He combines sound technical legal expertise with commercial insight, enabling clients to navigate legal and regulatory challenges while advancing their business objectives.
Rasheed is recognised for his exceptional written advocacy and strategic approach to dispute resolution. Pro Bono & Activism
"During one of our prison visits to the Koto Karfe Correctional Centre in Kogi State, our team met four inmates who had each been sentenced to between one and two years' imprisonment, with the option of paying fines ranging from just ₦20,000 to ₦50,000.
Sadly, they remained behind bars simply because they could not afford those relatively small fines.
We paid the fines, and they all regained their freedom that very day.
When the Local Government Chairman heard about the intervention, he called to appreciate the gesture. We had hoped it would inspire local authorities to take the next step by visiting the correctional centre to identify and assist other deserving inmates in similar circumstances.
Unfortunately, that never happened.
This experience reinforced a painful reality: for many inmates, freedom is not denied by the law but by poverty. Sometimes, a small act of compassion is all that stands between incarceration and a second chance.
As part of our commitment to promoting access to justice, Michael O. Ogunsakin & Co. conducts visits to correctional centres to review the cases of inmates awaiting trial. During these visits, we assess the status of their matters, identify cases requiring urgent legal intervention, and provide pro bono legal representation where appropriate. Our goal is to help reduce unnecessary pretrial detention, uphold the constitutional right to a fair hearing, and ensure that indigent inmates have access to quality legal assistance."
